"By Moonlight And Stars" packs quite a bit of density into 26 minutes of debut grit. There is no shortage of mind-bending odd time grooves, as well as big strait ahead riffs, cozy atmospheres, and some ice cold landscapes as well. Lyrically, the album touches on healing, hope, narcissism, ego, destruction, the shadow dimension, and gratitude. This Vessel was conceived as a solo project by Kyle Mayer. But in taking on a name all it's own, it has grown to include two incredible guest talents on vocals. Kalen Chase (Korn, Vimic, Solo Artist) and Paul Bellantoni (Wilton Drive, Solo Artist) took songs to the next level with their highly developed vocal skill and lyrical mastery. "I couldn't be more proud of this record. It has been a dream and goal of mine to release a proper solo album for a long time now. And I am thrilled to have 'By Moonlight And Stars' be the foundation of this ongoing creative endeavor."
